## بيتزا مقرمشة وسريعة بعجينة الميلفوي 🔥🍕 ### المقادير: * 5 رقائق عجينة ميلفوي (عجينة البف باستري) * شرائح سجق * ذرة * فلفل أخضر * فلفل أحمر (كابيا) * جبنة كاشار مبشورة (أو موزاريلا) ### لدهن الوجه: * صفار بيضة ### الطريقة: 1. سخني الفرن إلى **200°م**. 2. افردي رقائق الميلفوي قليلًا، ثم اقطعيها أو اتركيها بالحجم المطلوب. 3. ضعي القليل من الجبنة على كل قطعة، ثم أضيفي السجق والذرة والفلفل الأخضر والفلفل الأحمر. 4. غطي الوجه بكمية مناسبة من جبنة الكاشار المبشورة. 5. ادهني أطراف عجينة الميلفوي بصفار البيض. 6. اخبزيها لمدة **15–20 دقيقة** أو حتى تنتفخ العجينة ويصبح لونها ذهبيًا وتذوب الجبنة. 7. قدميها ساخنة وهي مقرمشة ولذيذة. --- **English 🇺🇸** ## Crispy & Easy Puff Pastry Pizza 🔥🍕 ### Ingredients: * 5 puff pastry sheets * Sliced Turkish sausage (sucuk) * Sweet corn * Green pepper * Red capia pepper (or red bell pepper) * Grated Kashar cheese (or mozzarella) ### For Brushing: * 1 egg yolk ### Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to **200°C (400°F)**. 2. Lightly roll out the puff pastry sheets if needed and cut them to your desired size. 3. Sprinkle a little cheese on each pastry, then add the sucuk, corn, green pepper, and red pepper. 4. Top with a generous amount of grated Kashar cheese. 5. Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg yolk. 6. Bake for **15–20 minutes**, or until the pastry is puffed, golden brown, and the cheese is melted. 7.
