Actually vampires don’t have problem with regular mirrors… in Middle Ages mirrors were made my polishing silver… and vamps don’t really like silver… that’s why they couldn’t be seeing in them… nowadays it’s not a problem for them

Now tachnically they would be able to see the vampire since the lone reason mirrors used to not work is because the reflection was based on silver, too pure to reflect vampires tho now mirrors are not silver based so we could see them

that's why you aren't supposed to use your mirrors. you put your hand behind the passenger seat to make sure you properly turn around and look out the rear window. 😄

Historically mirrors were backed with real silver and since silver is considered a holy metal, vampires didn't cast a reflection, modern cars mirrors are made using aluminum and glass so unless someone restored a 1920s vintage car with silver mirrors, the driver would see the vampire coming, which mean if the driver doesn’t stop he will be charged with attempted murder, using a car as a lethal weapon, and committing battery , but to charge a driver with attempted murder, battery, or assault with a deadly weapon the victim must legally be considered a living person. Because vampires are legally and medically dead, defense attorneys would likely argue that you cannot murder someone who lacks a pulse and vital signs to be legally and biologically called ‘alive’ so the charges would be dropped, causing huge riots by the vampire’s community
