中聯惡意隱匿問題油品下架批次 食藥署再罰300萬元 Yahoo即時新聞 2026年7月16日週四 下午2:07 中聯問題油品案，惡意隱匿再添一樁！食藥署今天（16日）公布，政府下令中聯4到6月產品全面預防性下架，中聯竟隱匿4月1日生產的油品（批號314-1150401）未呈報列冊，繼日前開罰食安史上最高額的新台幣1億6520萬元之後，再裁處300萬元。 中聯「大豆沙拉油」致癌物苯駢芘超標，衛生福利部追查發現中聯延遲通報，追查過程仍有不實，日前依食品安全衛生管理法開出新台幣1億6520萬元罰鍰，是中央開罰史上最高金額。 如今中聯再被抓包一件隱匿惡行，食藥署今天透過新聞稿公布，昨天接獲宜蘭縣政府衛生單位通報，發現預防性下架的產品，疑使用中聯公司於4月生產、但未列入原申報資料的油品批次。 食藥署副署長王德原告訴媒體，一接獲通報，食藥署立即派員前往中聯公司現場調查，並於7月15日下午確認，中聯公司於4月1日生產油品（批號314-1150401），竟未通報列入4月至6月生產油品清冊，辦理通報。 王德原說，中聯公司這一次居然再次未依食安法第9條第2項或第4項規定據實登錄，且所申報資料有不實情形，食藥署依法再裁處最高的300萬元罰鍰。 王德原表示，「如再查有其他隱匿、漏報或其他違法事證，抓到一次就罰一次。」將持續追查該批次產品流向及下架情形。 （責任主編：莊儱宇） 「資料來源於臉書FB」
