In Kentucky, Christopher Embry was arrested after investigators allegedly found 5 damaged Flock cameras at his residence, with authorities estimating thousands of dollars in damage. In West Virginia, Wesley Jackson was charged in connection with the destruction or theft of 4 cameras around Morgantown and faces charges including damage, destruction, or theft of emergency responder equipment and conspiracy. In Ohio, Cody Morelock was accused of removing bolts securing a Flock camera system, bringing down the camera, solar panel, and support pole before the equipment was damaged. In Michigan, Spencer Anderson was arrested after allegedly smashing 3 Flock cameras. And in June, Rever Blair was accused of disabling 8 Flock cameras across North Florida and Georgia.
