Sebanyak 328 ASN Pemerintah Kota Serang telah mengikuti kegiatan Profiling Pro ASN yang difasilitasi UPT BKN Serang selama empat hari, 15–18 September 2026. Pada hari terakhir kegiatan, Kepala Kantor Regional III BKN berkesempatan menyapa para peserta sekaligus menyampaikan pesan penting: sebagai ASN, memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat merupakan tanggung jawab yang harus terus diwujudkan. Melalui Profiling ASN, kompetensi dan potensi pegawai dipetakan sebagai salah satu dasar pengembangan karier dan manajemen talenta ASN. Karena setiap ASN memiliki potensi yang perlu dikenali, dikembangkan, dan diarahkan agar dapat memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi organisasi dan masyarakat. Ikuti proses profiling dengan percaya diri, sungguh-sungguh, dan jawablah sesuai kondisi diri masing-masing. Hasil yang akurat dimulai dari proses yang jujur dan penuh kesungguhan. Kenali potensimu, kembangkan kompetensimu, dan berikan pelayanan terbaik untuk negeri!
