So Patrick will never have to pay for his crime unless somebody wears a wire & he admits it?

Omggggg I love the way you phrased that. “I don’t want to be right for the sake of being right, I want to be correct for the sake of accuracy”. PUT THAT ON A T SHIRT

Literally historic has good takes sometimes but I had to stop watching her videos because she definitely has a bias towards the prosecution in my opinion and she spent a lot of time trying to convince people that this trial is only about criminal responsibility and saying that the prosecution didn’t need to prove Lindsay did it because “Lindsay confessed”. She’s definitely an intelligent woman that is capable of having good takes, but in regards to this case I find her to be a biased and not very credible source

Love your transparency, and points on your page but I’m not sure “literally historic”whom you’re referencing is a credible source. I agree that an appeal wouldn’t be possible, but still agree with Reddington’s two part strategy: pursuing criminally not responsible while simultaneously creating reasonable doubt by exposing holes in the evidence that could potentially support her innocence. I commented that on her page and she literally blocked me 😂 I’m assuming simply because I disagreed with her and challenged her a bit. Not sure that’s very “queen” behavior, but I guess it’s an easy way to control the narrative in her comments.

The sad part is realising that by denying the bifurcation of the trial, she was denied justice.

Regarding Reddington poking holes in the prosecution’s investigation — I believe he was doing this to really stress to the jury that the prosecution did not do a thorough investigation and is therefore not very credible. I heard any attorney say once “if the prosecution loses credibility ANYWHERE, they lose credibility EVERYWHERE” so often the goal is just to get the jury not to trust the prosecution.

If you go and watch literally historic her takes are bad - she sides with prosecution and says they really did such a great job investigating Patrick. I don’t believe she knows she can also be found not guilty period.

He’s playing the “right game”. Meaning she did it and he knows she did it, and is just trying to get the best possible outcome for his killer client.

This is how i felt when a nurse friend explained how the baby was revivable. She said NICU babies survive things adults never could and babies bodies are still working normals out and so can survive without oxygen better longer.

He requested a biforcated trial. Which would have separated the guilty or not guilty of the crimes, then determine criminal responsibility if she was found guilty. He was denied that. Reddington had to try to prove both for the one trial. It’s an impossible ask. But he did as best as he could do in his situation.

I believe he knows she didn’t do it but he’s trying to get her the best verdict he can in her situation. She was accused and he had to defend her and he did that the best way he could in this type of trial.

I’m not sure this is 100% accurate. I think he can appeal, and that’s part of why he asked for a mistrial, it was laying the groundwork for that if needed.
