This is one of the two I keep by my bed and in my purse 24/7!! I started out using it after thyroidectomy and now have rheumatoid arthritis and more fun autoimmune disease! It has saved me so many times from excruciating pain flares. I have really painful nerve and muscle pain. Also reduces my joint pain and not sure how but I don’t need to know… I just lather! 🤣😭🥰
