Teaching my wife how to make pasta 🍝 @jessicasiracusaa One of the easiest pastas you can make at home is orecchiette. All you need is semolina flour, water, and salt! Orecchiette 200g semolina (rimacinata) 100g room temperature water Pinch of salt (2 parts flour to 1 part water. Scale as needed.) 1. Make a well in the flour and slowly add the water and salt, mixing until a dough forms. 2. Knead for 8–10 minutes, cover and rest for 30 minutes. 3. Roll into thin ropes and cut into small pieces. 4. Drag each piece with a knife, then flip it over your thumb to form the orecchiette. #pasta #EasyRecipe #fyp
