If that was anyone eles besides a cop. They would have been in jail. So just because there doing it in uniform. It is ok to break into someone home. Murder the home owner? He was not a detective. He had no business doing all that. She needs to sue the shit out of the whole department. There just as guilty for allowing an officer to act like that. That is taught not just a rogue officer.

I’m so confused why wouldn’t the family get in trouble? I understand the cop broke into their house but the guy clearly knew the cop was outside and was trying to arrest him why wouldn’t the judge bring up the fact that the guy had already planned to shoot him if he entered the house which again yes I understand you can’t but he knew it was a police officer so wouldn’t that change something???

I’m confused? After informing someone they are under arrest they can come inside if they saw them and informed him he was under arrest. Then the guy shot the cop first, how is it wrongful death if it’s defense?
