I didn’t want contraptions to just help ease the pain. I had the surgery to repair the anterior and posterior portions that I had torn and it was the best thing ever. No more pain and my knees feel great. Don’t settle for temporary fixes!

I got one of those for my wife and boy was it worthless. The turn handle thing broke to tighten wouldnt stay tighten at all and sleeve always slide down regardless.
