I am tracking my applications and I have been able to see trends for that company. A company posts a role, takes it down, and then reposts months later for it to become stagnant. That implies that either they don’t know what they are looking for or they aren’t ready for that role. Another trend is when various roles within the same pillar are posted. Interesting events…

As an interview w Google and the hiring manager said you’ve dint this work on a larger scale so we are pushing you through but when you get to the panel interview to make sure to emphasize that you’ve done this work and relate it to the job description. That will get you this job. Going through the process right now !
