We just changed me from .05 to .075 patch. It’s helped my mood, sleeping and irritation, but since the change I have over active bladder. I feel it has to be related. I don’t have a UTI. Is this possible?

Is there a bioidentical progesterone pill that is lower than 100mg? Im exhausted the next day after taking it, even when taking it every other night. I don’t have a uterus and also don’t tolerate progestin because it gives me large ovarian cysts.

Does anyone ever complain about the progesterone in the mirena IUD? I have tried even the lowest doses in HRT formulations as well as when I was on birth control and I never ever can tolerate it at all. I’ve tried to enter vaginally. I can’t even do that. I’m really concerned about getting the Mirena IUD and having it stuck in there.

What is a safe minimum progesterone dosis for endometrium protection when the estrogen regimen is 1-2 pumps of transdermal gel daily? Will I be ok with 100mg or do I need to take 200mg?

I’ve been bleeding after increasing transdermal estrogen. No thinking of lining and Dr. is wanting to do a DNC I’m concerned it’s just the dosage. Any thoughts?

Is there anything that clues you in to testosterone potentially aromatizing to estrogen (prior to testing)? I felt great for the first month of testosterone and then the positives seemed less noticeable and more moodiness, anxiety, and pms. Starting free t was .1 and taking a super low dose. Obviously discussing with my provider soon. 😜
