@sunshineluders: This is the “One Sec” app and it has been game changing for me. This is an app that has sincerely helped me personally with phone and social media usage and I’ve saved so much time from doomscrolling and using my phone at night because of it that I’d be doing a disservice by not sharing. It gives you your time back by preventing you from mindless phone and social media use. This will help you with your phone and social media usage. It provides an “off switch” and friction to using certain apps which helps you be more intentional with your time. Anyone that I’ve talked to about this app knows how I have benefited from it.
