Your brain can only meet you where you are. So even if imagining something that good feels unsettling in your body, start leaning into it anyway. Lean into the life, the business, the home, the relationships—the things that feel almost too beautiful or unimaginable to say out loud. Not because your life is missing something, but because what you desire will never feel familiar if you keep shrinking it before you’ve even allowed yourself to hold the possibility.
