Шоколадный крем чиз на сливках. 150 г сливок 300 г тёмного шоколада 500 г крем чиза 100 г сахарной пудры Сливки нагреваем до кипения но не кипятим. Заливаем ими шоколад. Даём 2 минутки постоять и тщательно размешиваем. Затем крем-чиз комнатной температуры смешиваем с сахарной пудрой миксером.
