i made my own period kit and keep it in my tote bag at all times. it’s a pretty large makeup bag filled liners, pads of every size for every type of flow, the overnight underwear style pads [i have endometriosis & adenomyosis; so sometimes these are necessary], tampons in every size, an extra pair of panties in a zip lock, flushable wipes, pooperie, hand sanitizer and some type of painkiller bottle like advil/tylenol/naproxen… i used to keep it in my locker when i was in school, and a mini version of this kit in my bag just in case.

just get a lil makeup bag and buy your own pads cuz there is MUCH better pads. the always flex foam pocket size are my go to and they are so small folded but super absorbent and I'm a 32 year old with a heavy period problem

Is there like a place where I can get like just a period card like to like show teachers like if I don’t wanna like speak and tell them that I have to go to the bathroom because of my period without buying that entire kit because I don’t need that entire kit and I have a very heavy flow
