Even if you froze time for an extra 8 hours a day Thats only about 121 extra days a year. So ultimately you are likely not going to notice the age difference. There is no guarantee for tomorrow so this ability would help me manage my life a bit better. Chores, sleep, a moment to myself when I’m overwhelmed. It’s a win.

depends, if we can interact with things or if by all time being frozen means we can't interact. like if I pause time to help someone but cant move them or treat their injuries while time is frozen then I would likely barely you the power. it becomes a lot less useful without interaction
