Timothy Ray Jones Jr. strangled his 5 kids to death while suffering from schizophrenic psychosis. The jury deliberated for only 2 hours and found him guilty and sentenced him to death. I see no difference in their cases and believe she should get the same punishment.

I worked at a daycare and one mom suffered from postpartum psychosis. She had thoughts of harming/accidentally unaliving her newborn and it got so bad that she decided to jump from the 5th floor head first. She obviously didn’t survive. I hope what people take away from this is that postpartum psychosis is real and people need to act immediately and monitor their partners closely. Obviously Lindsay unalived her children and for that she has to pay the price and suffer for the rest of her life. I don’t want people to take PPS less seriously because of this case. It’s very real and women can do unimaginable things if it’s not managed. May those innocent lives she took rest in peace.
