everytime i cut a mango around him, he always takes the scraps off the pip so instead i’m using the scraps this way! (for the mango chia pudding): - 1/4 of a very ripe mango (use the scraps you can cut off the pip) - 2 heaped tbsp yogurt - 3tbsp chia seeds - 2tbsp honey - 50ml any milk (for the almond granola): - 1/3 cup oats - a handful of almonds, chopped - 3tbsp maple syrup (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - fresh mango, cubed method: 1. begin by placing the mango into a medium sized bowl and mush with a fork until it’s basically a puree (it doesn’t need to be smooth). 2. add in the chia seeds, yogurt, honey and milk and mix until thoroughly combined. 3. pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes whilst you prepare the rest. 4. meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan on a medium heat and add in the oats, almonds and maple syrup. 5. stir around until the oats are evenly coated and cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the granola is golden brown. 6. gather into a compact flat layer on the pan, press down and remove the pan from the heat. allow to cool completely for at least 10 minutes. 7. begin assembling your bowl by placing your yogurt of choice into a bowl, followed by the chia pudding. 8. break up the granola into clusters using the edge of a wooden spoon and carefully spoon over the granola. 9. add on your fresh mango wherever you like… 10. and drizzle with honey if you want the extra sweetness! enjoy xxx🥭 #mango #yogurtbowl #yogurt #breakfastideas #chiaseeds
