@xxyungleanxx: ‎إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ We lost my sweet, beloved baby brother, Jafar, at only 23 years old. I don’t even know how to put this kind of pain into words. I still can’t believe I have to say that you are gone. Jafar has passed on a family trip in India. He went with my parents while i stayed back in the US. My parents are still in India right now. Jafar was my one and only sibling. My baby brother. My best friend. My whole heart. A part of me left with you, and I don’t know how I’m supposed to live in a world without you in it. May Allah give me the strength, inshaAllah. Jafar was Hafiz with an amazing voice mashaAllah. Please listen to his own recording of Surah Ar-Rahman for him. Although it was sudden and unexpected, He was beautiful until his very last moments, SubhanAllah. I keep holding onto that image of you because I want to remember you exactly that way — peaceful, smiling, and full of light. Jafar, I love you more than words could ever explain. I wish I could hug you one more time. I wish I could hear your voice one more time. I wish I could annoy you, laugh with you, and tell you I love you one more time. I would give anything for just one more moment with you. You will never be forgotten. You will never stop being my baby brother. You will forever be a part of me. I know you’re watching over us. We will keep going. We will keep making you proud. And we will keep making dua for you every single day. May Allah forgive every one of Jafar’s sins, shower him in His endless mercy, fill his grave with noor, make his grave a garden from the gardens of Jannah, grant him peace and light, reunite him with the people he loves, and grant him the highest rank of Jannah, Jannatul Firdaus, without punishment or hardship.
