DON’T BE IN A HURRY TO COME OUT OF THE SOIL. 🌱 A seed doesn’t immediately rush above the ground because it wants people to see it growing. First, it goes DOWN. It develops roots. It strengthens itself underground. Then it comes UP. There’s a lesson here. Sometimes you’re desperate for people to see your success before you’ve developed the strength required to carry it. You want the big business before learning how to manage a small one. You want thousands of customers before learning how to serve ten properly. You want leadership before developing character. You want money before learning how to manage money. You want recognition before mastering your craft. DON’T RUSH YOUR UNDERGROUND SEASON. Because once you come above the surface, life will test what you’ve built underneath. And sometimes it won’t even take a storm. A few drops of rain can expose weak roots. Use the quiet season. Learn. Practise. Build discipline. Develop character. Make mistakes while the audience is still small. Strengthen yourself before demanding visibility.
