So for example for anatomy I upload my lecture to chat gpt I tell it to make sure it doesn’t leave anything that the teacher says but to help me understand it better so I can do my notes, I also add picture examples. For math I have it help me with formulas and I have it give me problems to practice with, I also do the same for anatomy I’ll upload my notes once I’m done and tell it to slowly ask me questions about each topic and once I understand it then I move to the next topic and have it ask me questions then as well, it’s so freaking much work it sucks because I feel like you basically have to teach yourself

Active recall is the best. Also watch YouTube videos. If you don't understand something after lectures watching YouTube videos on that same lesson or topic can help you because it breaks it down on whatever subject or lesson your learning about in that course. Write notes without looking at it to try and understand the concept of what it means instead of just memorizing it. Also pomodoro method works. Studying only 25 minutes then 5 minute break.
