Grandparents act like we gotta ask them, our siblings, and the president before we make any parenting decisions. But heaven forbid we ask our spouse and make a choice together on what works best for our family. I literally don’t care how anybody else parents, I do what my spouse is comfortable with and what works for my family, period.

My bfs mom doesn’t discipline she deflects. Every time my ss comes back from his grandmas he misbehaves so bad. He runs in the house (then crashes into things), he eats a crud ton of snacks after meals (till we run out for the whole weekend), and refuses to pick up his toys (he demands we do it)

i bought my nephew the tablet. indont alloe it at my house. my ifea for it was thoughs educational games for reading with adult supervision. its now the babysitter a good 50% of the time and 90% if its only the dad around. . That thing is no longer allowed at my house.

Nope if she said that id humble her so fast and put her in her place so fast ,I’d be like fine then babys never coming over here and you never get to see them. Since u cant respect my wishes or boundaries as the mother and being a grandmother is a privilege not a right. and walk out with the baby and leave and not come back.
