Nope, that’s not the reason at all. The reason is because young people are better able to navigate the complex world of propaganda. Older people just watch Fox and believe whatever the billionaires tell them. Young people are more able to understand that having super rich and super poor is not beneficial to a functioning society. They can see that other countries around the world are striking much better balances that the U.S. They can see that those other countries have much happier citizens.

Young liberals want the same financial situation and spending power our grandparents had.....but they won't stop voting for increased immigration (both legal and illegal), higher minimum wage, increases in taxes, and bigger social programs. All of which contribute to Higher taxes (obviously), overly competitive and crowded job and housing markets, drains on our existing social social programs, inflation, erosion of the middle class, and increases in crime.

This kid is too young to remember when ONE full time job used to be enough to support a family,buy a house and two cars, pay for an annual vacation, and still have enough to save for retirement. I guess it's just entitlement to want the same as our parents and grandparents had. 😳

I guess I’m entitled then. To me a young person should be able to afford a modest, no frills 2 to 3 bedroom, 1500 square-foot home. And the house shouldn’t be in such disrepair that they have to do six month renovation project to make it livable.

Example. Kid in college. He told me doesn’t have a chance to even buy a home. When I asked why not he said it’s impossible to make that money. He got a summer job and saved $4500 in 3 months. While living it up all summer and living at home for free. He was amazed. I told him one year at home saving for a home and that’s your darn good down payment.

That’s my daughter right now her friends all have Cars and their parents pay for everything and I’m like well. You better make friends with someone who has a car then because you’re not getting your car unless you’re gonna pay for something

as someone who just hit 40, capitalism is shit. I work 40 hours a week, with no upward movement available. Cant find a better job. Even living with 3 other people, rent is still more then half my check.
