i just dont understand why the judge was being so difficult. why not sequester a jury in a broadcasted, sensationalized trial? why not remove the juror that was not following the rule of law when there are alternates at the ready? i am very very hesitant to resort to conspiracy theories but something is wrong here.

So 11 jurors were for acquittal, 1 refused to follow the law and refused to apply it to the verdict so they remained deadlocked? Shouldn’t they have used an alternate since one man, due to his own beliefs, refused to agree? Damn, that sucks 🫠
