Did you know this about Yogurt? I’d love to hear in the comments 👇 People often get confused by yogurt and which one to buy. Firstly there’s all the Greek style yogurts which people think are Greek but the clue is in the word “style”! And the difference is that Greek style yogurts aren’t strained in the same time consuming way that real Greek yogurt is. As a result the protein content is much less! So if you’re buying Greek yogurt for its high protein content then make sure to buy authentic Greek yogurt and not Greek “style” and read the back of the pack to see what the actual protein content is. So then what’s the deal with natural yogurt? I love natural yogurts which contain live bacteria because they’re a probiotic food and so are great for our gut health. But these yogurts don’t contain nearly as much protein as Greek. You CAN get real Greek yogurt that ALSO contains live bacteria such as Fage Greek yogurt but it is expensive so if you want an alternative I would say choose your yogurt based on what you want to prioritise… are you trying to improve your gut health? 👉 Buy a good quality natural live yogurt or kefir. Arroz con pollo 🔥 🇵🇪😋 Clásico de clásicos, nuestro deliciosoooo arroz con pollo, aquí en Perú 🇵🇪 lo hacemos con culantro y queda buenazoooo, algunos le ponen espinaca, pero es cuestión de gustos, a mi particularmente no me gusta, pero todos tenemos gustos distintos, hoy lo acompañe con crema de rocoto para variar de la clásica huancaína. A ti como te gusta? Si tienes algún tip para hacerlo más sabroso, lo puedes compartir en los comentarios 😊 En una olla con aceite sellas 4 presas de pollo salpimentadas, retiras y reservas, en ese mismo aceite, fríes una cebolla grande picada en cuadritos, dos cucharadas de ajo molido, una cucharadita de palillo, sal, pimienta, dejas sofreír el aderezo, luego añades 2 tazas de culantro licuado, cuando esté hirviendo el aderezo, agregas las presas, dejas que cocinen y retiras, aumentas 2 tazas de agua ( por lo que se ha consumido al hervir las presas) y 3 tazas de arroz (mucho depende del tipo de arroz que utilices, yo mayormente pongo la misma cantidad de arroz que agua, lo puedes medir) rectificar la sal y dejar cocinar hasta que granee, por último agregas, unas tiras de pimiento, zanahorias y arverjas cocidas, también las puedes agregar crudas junto con el arroz, mezclas todo y sirves. #arrozconpollo #almuerzo #peru #comidaperuana #cocinaperuana
