I’m always thankful for the tools I have found like @speechblubs, they help with speech therapy at home and is a low stimulation. Other resources have come from his therapists. But you better believe that one thing I’m always going to do is advocate for my son. 💪 🥰 #AutismParenting #AutismMom #autism #AutismSupport #autismawareness
即興なぞかけ超難問!? #shorts #なぞかけ
Client asked: “Is this your final price?” It’s a trap. Don’t say “Yes.” Don’t say “No.” Here’s what to do instead. First, understand what is happening in the client’s mind. When a client asks this question, they are often trying to find out one thing: “Is there still room for me to negotiate?” They are testing how you respond under pressure. If you immediately say “Yes, that’s my final price,” you may close the conversation too quickly. If you say “No, I can reduce it,” you have just told them something else: “There was room in the price all along.” Now they may start wondering how much more they can remove. The better move is to slow the conversation down and understand what is behind the question. For example: “Are you asking because the price is outside what you planned to spend, or are you comparing it with another option?” That changes the conversation. Now you are not defending your price. You are finding out what is actually stopping the client from moving forward. A business owner once received this message from a potential customer: “Is this your final price?” He immediately replied: “Yes, but I can give you a little discount if you want.” The client asked for another discount. He reduced it. The client asked again. Eventually, the business owner was giving away much more than he planned. The problem was not necessarily the client. The problem was that he negotiated against himself before understanding the objection. The next time someone asked him the same question, he responded: “Before I adjust anything, can I ask what part of the proposal is making you hesitate?” The client explained that the issue was not the price itself. They simply needed a different payment arrangement. That one question changed the entire conversation. So next time a client asks, “Is this your final price?” Don’t rush to defend it. Don’t rush to reduce it. Find out what they are really trying to solve. Try this: “Is the price the main concern, or is there something else you’d like me to clarify before you decide?” That response keeps your position strong while giving the client space to tell you what is actually going on. And this is exactly why client communication matters. The Client Code goes deeper into how to understand clients, handle objections, communicate better, build trust, and stop losing opportunities because of the wrong words. If you keep getting difficult client conversations wrong, you may be losing opportunities without even realizing it.
