Replying to @ty I would like people to be POLITE to the original poster of this video. This video proved that she doesn’t know how many calories she’s eating. But that does not mean we have to be jerks towards her. If you are struggling with your weight, the first thing I urge you to do is to learn what is and isn’t possible. Despite having the numbers laid out for her that showed her situation was impossible, she misunderstood what the tests were saying. Whether this is poor communication on the doctor’s part or her not understanding is irrelevant. We now know that it is physically impossible for her situation to be true. And the data shows this over and over again, but I will constantly be hit with “my situation is different”. This lady tried to prove that hers was and showed what we’ve known all along. The body requires a certain amount of fuel to run. And it’s much more than people care to admit. If you are struggling with your weight, the first thing I urge you to do is to learn what is and isn’t possible. All the best everyone.
