That’s a pretty special feeling. 🥔📖✨ Our students from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SHTM) brought their creativity to the Creative Idaho Potato Culinary Challenge 2025, reimagining Malaysian favourites with Idaho Potatoes. Now, their creations are featured in Of Spuds and Spices: Malaysia’s Favourite Foods Reimagined with Idaho Potatoes — a Malaysian Heritage Cuisine cookbook celebrating the flavours, stories and creativity behind our local food. 🇲🇾 Here’s a little look at the launch day. ❤️
