This simple balloon exercise is one of my favorites to learn Frenzel equalization. 🎈 Inflate a balloon. 😮‍💨 Exhale out your air, and place the balloon into your mouth. 🫁 Allow the air from the balloon to flow into your mouth and then DIRECTLY out of your nose (not into your lungs!) This exercise trains you to keep your glottis muscle closed and your soft palate in a relaxed position.
