I am a trans man and I take the women's multivitamins because I was told it would be a better choice since I havent had a hysterectomy yet and then after I do I can take the men's multivitamins

if u menstruate u need the women's gummies bc they have more iron. they may also have some folic acid? but other than that they should be the same

Most of those are kinda scammy. Not only so they often have basically the same ingredients but they rarlwy have the right levels for each person and to top it off the gummies expire really fast. it would be better to speak to your doctor to see what ingrediants actually fit your needs and buy each one accordingly.

The women’s ones generally have more iron, but often not MUCH more, so it might be more effective to buy whichever you want and just add an iron-specific vitamin along with it

Women’s gummies have folic acid which is very important if you are wanting to get pregnant. I don’t know how important it is otherwise though

I actually asked my PCP about this last visit, and she said it doesn't really matter. The differences are negligible anyway. The women's have more iron, but if you're taking T, you probably don't need that much
