How did it go? My baby girl doesn’t show signs until it’s DIRE. But she usually sleeps an hour and a half max before waking and needing me. Never “sleeps” longer than 10 hours and I don’t want her to wake so early. Help!

You should check out the sleep training subreddit! Reddit is a scary place lol but it really helped me understand so many aspects of baby sleep. Even if you don’t sleep train! The info around scheduling and sleep budgets is super informative

I didn’t sleep train but kept her on a schedule and follow her cues. I search taking cara babies schedules and adjust as necessary

We have a somewhat schedule. Baby goes to sleep at 8 wakes up at 7 for school drop offs and naps at 12-2 in time for pick up. This has helped a lot with overnight sleep but weekends are more chaotic because other kiddos are home from school so we are out and about and we don’t follow the schedule and baby will wake up in the middle of the night.

I read somewhere that some babies that have a lot of sleep issues over night have lower iron. Maybe try to up her iron intake and see if you notice a difference? If you do pair the iron rich food with vit C rich food so she can absorb the iron better.

We do 7:30 bedtime I use to do 8 once I cut the 30 minutes it made a huge difference! Sleeps overnight now 7:30- 6:45/7am I’ll take
