I still find it a bit wild that one country decided to go to war with another country that was trained on their own hardware. And that every single loss of equipment is now something they can use against you. Sure you can make the argument that the Taliban can use US hummers against US troops but there is such a low, near-zero probability of seeing a Taliban force using a capture Abrams to the same lethality as the US. Ukraine is using Russian tech with devastating results.
