What’s your itinerary look like in Zanzibar? We did excursions to stone town, prison island, the caves and rock restaurant. I was also concerned about respecting the Muslim culture so that day, I wore a full length maxi or t-shirt dress with sandals. I was told to make sure my knees and shoulders were covered so I felt that was appropriate. Other people were in shorts or bathing suits but they looked out of place in my opinion.
