I never intended for my little vlog to become a comparison of nursing as a profession between different countries. I believe we all know that nursing is a demanding job. Long hours, busy days, many patients, and not getting enough rest are challenges that nurses can experience anywhere in the world. I’ve experienced the same throughout my career. 🤍 My vlog was simply meant to be a cute and simple little glimpse into my day. I only filmed during the quieter moments, such as when I was preparing documents and writing a small part of my nursing notes. What you see is only a tiny part of my work that day—less than 5% of everything I actually did. As for my nails, I didn’t intentionally go to work with long nails. It was actually my day off, and I had a modeling job that day. I was then unexpectedly asked to come in and cover a shift for another nurse who was unwell, so I didn’t have enough time to change them beforehand. I had already informed my supervisor about the situation, and they were aware of it. I simply wanted to share a small, lighthearted moment from my day. Las uñas todo que ver!!!! en Peru nos salen con sus prohibiciones que porq los microorganismos, que la contaminación, etc no nos dejan ser felices en el trabajo.[Häbi tundev]

Honestly, my job isn’t as easy as it may look. I just don’t post everything. I only share short, cute snippets of my day, but there’s so much more that goes on behind the scenes. Being a doctor or a nurse is never an easy job. We’ve been sacrificing sleep since our student days. We studied hard, only to work even harder. That’s truly what it’s like. 🤍
