According to Princess Komuntale, Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV left a legitimate will that the Babiito, led by Musuuga, didn't know about, and some of the will's provisions reportedly contravene the Tooro Kingdom constitution. An example is reportedly the succession clause, where the King names his successor as his son, and if that's not possible, the sons of his uncle Musuuga take over the throne. Musuuga, up to now, says he has no knowledge of the alleged son, and according to culture, the heirs named in the will cannot take over the throne while their father is still alive.
