@pro.glitch: Why AI demos work — and then break in your business. One pair of numbers tells the whole story. GPT-6 scored 99.9% on a famous reasoning benchmark — on OpenAI's own setup. On the neutral version of the same test, the same model scored 62.7%. Same brain. 37 points apart. The difference was never the model. It was the HARNESS. The harness is everything wrapped around the AI while it works: the context it reads before every step, the memory that carries corrections forward, the skills (step-by-step instructions per job), the tools it can reach, and the checks that catch a wrong step before it ships. Great harness → performs like the demo. Bare harness → forgets, fumbles, quits halfway. That explains an experience you've probably had: the demo on stage runs inside a harness somebody spent months building. Then you try the same AI on your invoices or inbox — raw, no memory of your business, no way to check itself — and it falls apart by step three. You tested the 62% setup, and blamed the model. The move: the harness is the part YOU build. Context written down. Skills per job, written once, followed every time. Memory so corrections stick. Tools connected. A check on every step that matters. Build it once, and every model you ever plug in performs like the demo — on your real work. That's exactly what I teach, step by step, inside my community.
