Roughly 20 percent of your customers produce 80 percent of your revenue. Square that and the top 1 percent or so produce about half. Cheap clicks are the mathematical opposite of that person. I ran broad targeting for months because the cost per lead looked incredible. My close rate was falling the entire time and I was congratulating myself on the wrong number.
