That’s actually not what you have been saying all along. Also, for everyone else - Amy is going to be on plaintiff and cops side. Her reporting has become bias and more of “I told you so” then about the law. I won’t get into all the women who falsely confess or how a lot of forensic science is considered bunk. Ultimately, We don’t know what this case would’ve been like if they were granted a bifurcated trial (remember when you said it was that) so he could separately argue not guilty. He had his hand tied behind his back and had to argue enough to just in case and most likely get her not criminally liable. Which no matter what is best option because she will need so much help. However! For y’all who may one day end up on a jury - the prosecutors have to prove beyond doubt not just the murder but how it went down. If the investigation was faulty, if the argument has holes, if the timeline moves, the experts get tripped up or contradict each other, those are all little nuggets that can add up to not guilty. It is on the prosecution to prove their case. Just because the jury in this video didn’t understand doesn’t mean you have to. Might I recommend Reb, a criminal law attorney, and her breakdown. Since she is a lawyer :)

These jurors were thinking emotionally and not logically. Thank god for the juror with a backbone. Her loving her children has nothing to do with whether she committed a murder suicide while not in psychosis.

people "snap" all the time! they still know right from wrong. when a man "snaps" out of nowhere and starts beating his wife after being a "loving husband" for years, he is held accountable!

I’ve seen so many people saying that these jurors misunderstood their task coz they didn’t know they could fibd her not guilty 🤦🏻♀️they can’t understand that the instruction from the judge is a generic instruction given to all trials but it doesn’t take into consideration anything that happens in the trial

There’s just no way you can have like 8 people testify on their interviews with Lindsay describing in great detail the day she killed her kids and then have her own lawyer say she did it like 40 times and rationally think not guilty was on the table

I just don’t get this argument from her. Couldn’t a man also use this argument? Couldn’t a man say something like, “Oooh look, I bought my wife so many expensive rings and expensive shoes, and look I took her on vacations, also I cooked for her and treated her well. I loved her! Yes I brutally beat her to death but it was just in a fit of rage, I didn’t understand what I was doing at the time!”

i mostly agree with you, but im still curious y u would partially biased, at least I got that impression, you had no problem addressing juror who didn't vote for NGRI, yet u said nothing about 3 other jurors who used their background to explain toxicology report, to convince him which is Also misconduct and problematic, which is by definition bias, if u ignore other jurors and focus on 1 that didn't wanna give verdict u Like, don't get me wrong I def can see y would they all agree with NGRI, but other jurors using their personal background to convince someone is equally problematic

Unfortunately the jurors saying “she loved her kids so she must’ve snapped” rather than breaking down what scientific testimony led them to their conclusion isn’t going to beat the “she got lucky she had a bunch of emotional women on her jury” allegations.
