1lb of beef stir fry 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tbsp baking soda 1 tsp white pepper 1/4 c soy sauce (Marinate for 15-30 mins) Sauce: 1/2 c soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp chicken bouillon 1/2 onion sliced Handful of green onions 4-6, garlics minced 1 tsp Ginger grated Neutral Oil Directions: 1. In a large bowl, add in your beef stir fry, with baking soda, cornstarch, white pepper, & soy sauce. Mix until well combined add into your fridge and marinate for 15-30s. 2. In a small bowl, mix your your soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken bouillon, hoisin sauce, brown sugar. Mix until well combined, set aside. 3. In a large Saute pan, on high heat, generously add in your oil. Once it is completely hot, add in your stir fry. Let it sit for a couple minutes to brown before mixing. Once about 90-95% cooked, remove and set aside. 4. In the same oil, add in your garlic & ginger. Saute for a couple of mins before adding in your onions. Toss your beef once onions are translucent.
