The song is “Come Down” by Anderson .Paak. It’s off of the Malibu album one of the best albums of the 2010s and it’s a great song. It samples a song from the Funky Funny Four which is a Brazilian band that sampled the Israeli national anthem in like the 70s. This isn’t a conspiracy it’s just a coincidence that a very famous and good song has an unfortunate sample
