you can use pool noodles, fabric and a glue gun.. pick cheap but matching fabric.. white or color of yr living room. roll fabric around pool noodles and glue the long way down the noodle. cut/secure ends with glue gun too. make sure they are no wrinkles and its rolled tight. when you're done, place them in front of yr blinds to block the bottom. Will look neat & cute because u will choose what it looks like. make sure you measure the length of the window sill so u know how many noodles to get. bet it will look amazing!

I would put a vine there. Order you a couple sets of ivy, or whatever fake plant strands you like from Amazon. Or you could go cheaper and change it out for holidays and seasons by getting a couple pool noodles and cheap greenery/ plants from Dollar Tree and just making long decorative swags to cover that gap.
