On Thursday (Sept. 10), journalist Michael Blackshire reported that the jury is asking for verification of instructions and the definition of a word. "First jury note: Requested verification of jury instructions relating to conspiracy to commit stalking. Second jury note: Asked for the definition of the word “Intent” from the law standpoint (Intent to Harass, Kill, Intimidate)," Blackshire tweeted. He also updated on Durk's demeanor today, saying the rapper was smiling as he walked into court.
