ধৈর্য হারিয়ে গেলে সম্পর্কও পথ হারায়… বর্তমান সময়ে মানুষ অনেক কিছু অর্জন করেছে, কিন্তু অদ্ভুতভাবে হারিয়ে ফেলেছে কিছু অমূল্য সম্পদ- ধৈর্য, সহানুভূতি, ক্ষমা আর নিঃস্বার্থ ভালোবাসা। এখন মানুষ অপেক্ষা করতে চায় না, বোঝার চেষ্টা করতে চায় না, কথা শুনতে চায় না। সবাই বলতে ব্যস্ত, কিন্তু কেউ অনুভূতি বুঝতে ব্যস্ত নয়। একসময় মানুষ সম্পর্ক বাঁচানোর জন্য নিজের অহংকারকে হার মানাতো, আর এখন অহংকার বাঁচানোর জন্য সম্পর্ককে হারিয়ে ফেলছে। সামান্য ভুল বোঝাবুঝিতে দূরত্ব তৈরি হয়, সামান্য অভিমানে বছরের সম্পর্ক ভেঙে যায়। কারণ সম্পর্কের ভেতর ভালোবাসা যতটা কমে যাচ্ছে, তার চেয়ে বেশি কমে যাচ্ছে ধৈর্য। সত্যি বলতে, সম্পর্ক কখনো একদিনে ভাঙে না। ধীরে ধীরে ভাঙে- যখন কেউ কাউকে বোঝার চেষ্টা করে না, যখন কথার জায়গায় নীরবতা জমে, যখন ভালোবাসার জায়গায় বিরক্তি বাসা বাঁধে। আজ সম্পর্কের সবচেয়ে বড় অভাব ভালোবাসা নয়, বরং একজন আরেকজনকে একটু ধৈর্য নিয়ে বুঝে নেওয়ার মানসিকতা। যে সম্পর্কের ভেতর ধৈর্য বেঁচে থাকে, সেখানে ভালোবাসাও শেষ পর্যন্ত বেঁচে থাকার পথ খুঁজে নেয়।

It delivers high-quality performance, has a massive cooking surface, an interchangeable cooking plate for versatility, heats up fast and much more — Head over to the link in my bio for additional details and take advantage of their sales! 🔗 FULL DETAILS ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 2 ~8-10 oz fillets - Extra virgin olive oil - SPG rub (salt, pepper & garlic) - Baguette (sliced into ~1/3 in thick pieces) - Chopped chives (garnish) Garlic & Herb Compound Butter: (combine all ingredients) - 8 tbsp soften butter - 3-4 tbsp fresh minced garlic - 3-4 tbsp fresh chopped parsley - 1 tbsp SPG rub Caramelized Onions: - Extra virgin olive oil - 1 large yellow onion (thinly sliced) - SPG rub - Honey Creamy Horseradish Sauce: (combine all ingredients) - 2/3 cup sour cream - 1/4 cup avocado mayo - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic - 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped chives - 4 tbsp prepared horseradish - Salt & pepper to taste. Note(s): Measurements are estimated; adjust ingredients to your preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a skillet over medium-low heat then add in the onions. Season with SPG rub and drizzle in some honey. Mix every few minutes until they’re nice and caramelized. 2. Put together the garlic & herb butter and the horseradish sauce. 3. Pat the steaks dry then coat in olive oil and season generously on all sides with SPG rub. 4. Drizzle the bread with olive oil. 5. For the steaks, grill over medium-high heat for about ~4-6 min per side or until they reach your desired internal temp. I pulled these off at ~130°F internal. Let the steaks rest for ~8-10 minutes. 6. Toast the bread on the grill until both sides are golden brown. 7.
