To expand on my thoughts more 🤗: 1. Personal trainer - this has been such a game changer for me because previously, I avoided the gym since I had no idea what to do there. I wasn’t sure about doing personal training sessions because they’re expensive, but I’m so glad I decided to invest in these sessions because my trainer taught me so much about how to connect my mind to my muscles, which not only impacts how productive my workout is at the gym, but also has alleviated the aches and chronic pain I’ve had from working long hours in the hospital 2. @Fellow mug - honestly my mug gives me so much joy because it’s so aesthetic and having a warm beverage helps me get through long shifts 3.
