no the decision wasn't fair if he hadn't even tried to catch the baby the baby would have hit the floor or the concrete and would have been dead so she would rather have her son or child dead than to have somebody step in and catch the child and the courts would look at that was he wrong for stepping in maybe that's why I get Samaritan's of all disappeared because they're being sued the minute they do something and the courts are green that they're responsible for it
