@salimacentralsdachurch: Spiritual things require spiritual understanding. God’s instructions, His ways, and His actions cannot always be understood through human reasoning. When we try to interpret spiritual matters with a purely human mind, we may conclude that God’s instructions don’t make sense, are too difficult, or are impossible to follow. Sometimes, what God is asking of us may not make sense to the human mind—but that doesn’t mean it is wrong. It may simply require divine understanding and faith. A lack of spiritual understanding can cause us to question God, resist His instructions, and even miss the calling He has placed upon our lives. Don’t try to understand God only with your human mind. Seek Him spiritually. Ask Him for wisdom, discernment, and understanding. What seems impossible to the human mind can become clear when revealed by the Spirit. Lord, open our spiritual understanding so we may recognize Your voice, understand Your ways, and faithfully respond to Your calling.
