My hair went black too, my hairdress said to use fairy liquid to lighten my hair before adding my extentions. It worked!

Coming from a girl who’s coloured her extensions for years you have to be so careful because it takes completely different to your own hair it needs a lot less processing time and it’s a lot harder to strip it out than your normal hair if you ever get the urge to colour them again use the wella colour fresh it’s not permanent it goes on wet hair leave on extensions for 5 mins then if you don’t like it, it will wash out a lot easier than normal dye, hope you manage to get it sorted 🙏🏼 also lots of ogx coconut hair oil on your hair before stripping it will break the colour down and protect it from the harshness of the shampoo xx
