You should try this(kaleji, liver) recipe once, and then thank me later! 😋🔥 Ingredients: * 1 beef liver, cut into cubes * 2 onions, sliced * 2–3 tomatoes, chopped * 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * ½ tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp salt * ½ cup oil * Green chillies, to taste * Sliced onion, for finishing Method: 1. Fry 2 sliced onions until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and crush them. 2. Mix the beef liver with all the spices, ginger-garlic paste and crushed fried onions. Marinate for 2–3 hours. 3. Heat ½ cup oil in a pan and sauté the marinated liver. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, cover and cook on very low heat for 10–15 minutes. 5. Remove the lid, add salt and mix well. 6. Add green chillies and sliced onions. Mix and cook briefly. 7. Serve hot with naan or paratha. #kaleji #liver #cookingtales11 #fyp #foryou
