@Kaiser is literally my favorite Airbnb host videos to watch 💕💕 the property is beautiful, it's clear she communicates well with guests, and she's so positive and happy. A lot of times she put the left over decorations (if it can be reused) in a pantry right off the kitchen so more people can use them. And then she gets excited when she sees new decor or if someone reused decor. it's so fun 💞

I’m actually am so surprised that this many people leave their stuff and don’t clean up. I have always cleaned the whole place before I leave and would never leave my decorations and I’ve decorated for birthdays, holidays and graduations at vrbos! But then I’ve never had a cleaning fee added either so I didn’t even realize this was a thing!

My family has an Airbnb and I always loved going in and cleaning bc all of the little things they leave lol (NOT IMPORTANT THINGS)

My mom cleans Airbnbs that my brother manages, things that bother her: bodily fluids left on the bedding (not just a stain but still present soaking into the fabric) furniture being moved up or down any flights of stairs, people who leave the AC turned off when it’s 90+ degrees outside, people who do not clean up after their pets if that pet uses the bathroom inside. Things that don’t bother her: literally anything that can’t cause her potential health concerns or injury as a solo cleaner

I think so many hosts forget they can set their cleaning fee and offer a refund of the cleaning deposit if the place is thoroughly cleaned like the weird hosts expect. I love when I stay at places that have a take and leave spot of leftover decorations, board games, gadgets, beauty tools, cords, etc.
